The Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Senzeni Zokwana will address the Buffalo City Economic Summit on the 30 October 2015 focusing on Operation Phakisa. The objectives of the summit are:
- Creating a shared vision and recommendations about the future direction of BCMM towards 2030;
- Discovering the imperatives for change;
- Establishing principles to guide future actions;
- Forging an enduring compact with key stakeholders that can facilitate change and future action;
