Minister of Transport and Public Works, Robin Carlisle, will officially open the Main Road R301 between Paarl and Franschhoek tomorrow morning. This road project comprised of various elements including construction, rehabilitation and strengthening of this particular stretch of road.
Minister Carlisle will preside over the official opening event and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
