Minister Richard Baloyi prepares to address Parliament on his department's budget vote

Minister for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Mr Richard Baloyi, will on 21 May 2013, address the National Assembly on his department’s key priorities and outcomes thereof, during his budget vote speech in Cape Town.

The Minister’s budget speech is expected to highlight a number of major achievements in his overall portfolio and also outline his plans for this portfolio, in the coming financial year.

The Minister is also expected to elaborate on among other things, the work that the National Council of Provinces plans to undertake in specific provinces with regards to the plans outlined in the Minister of Finance’s national budget speech.
