The Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, Mr Parks Tau, will deliver the keynote address at the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Module for law enforcement agencies (LEAs) on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 in Pretoria.
The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) has upgraded the module to enable LEAs and competent authorities to access critical information that could help mitigate the risks of money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing.
Minister Tau, the CIPC Commissioner, Advocate Rory Voller, and the Heads of LEAs will attend a demonstration of a new module. This module uses advanced intelligence features designed to help law enforcement officials run complex searches and find connections in beneficial ownership information.
