The Minister of Home Affairs, Naledi Pandor, will tomorrow, Thursday, 10 January 2013, visit Home Affairs Regional Office (Umgeni Road), Refuge Reception Centre, Durban Harbour as well as Addington Hospital in Durban to assess service delivery levels.
