As part of the build up to the 5th BRICS Summit, to be held in Durban from 26-27 March 2013, the Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, who also serves as a member of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on BRICS, will address the BRICS Summit roadshow in KwaZulu-Natal on 22 March 2013.
The purpose of the road show is to raise public awareness around the importance of South Africa’s membership of the BRICS and the benefits thereof. Similar road shows have already taken place in Provinces such as Limpopo, Gauteng, North West, North West, Northern Cape, Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga.
