Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula will deliver the eulogy on behalf of government at the funeral of Dr Thandi Ndlovu. Acting President David Mabuza declared the funeral a special provincial official funeral (Category 2).
Dr Thandi Ndlovu passed away on Saturday, after a head-on collision in Rustenburg, in the North West Province.
