The Minister of Communications, Ms. Nomvula Mokonyane will tomorrow, 30 May 2018, deliver a keynote address at the Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF) 5G huddle 2018 conference currently taking place in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal.
The two-day conference will focus on the countdown to commercial rollout of 5G technologies and what needs to be done from a policy and business perspective to meet the objective of delivering an all-inclusive 5G infrastructure, as well as focusing on 5G in both cities and rural areas and at what it can do in developing countries.
This is the first time a 5G conference of this scale has taken place in the Southern Hemisphere.
