Minister Mfeketo to launch the R300 million Thembelihle Village Social Housing Project
Minister of Human Settlements Nomaindiya Mfeketo will on Tuesday, 17 April 218 launch the Thembelihle Village in the City of Tshwane
Thembelihle Village is rental accommodation project which has 733 mixed type units such as bachelors and 2 and 3 bedroom flats. The project consists of eleven 3 to 4 storey walk-up blocks and six tower blocks of 10 to 11 storeys.
This R300 million project is socially inclusive as it has retail space, social amenities and rental accommodation that can serve as an example for urban innovation.
Minister Mfeketo will be accompanied by Gauteng MEC for Cooperative Governance, Traditional Affairs and Human Settlements Dikgang Moiloa and the Executive Mayor of Tshwane Solly Msimang.
