The Minister of Arts & Culture, Mr Nathi Mthethwa will give opening remarks on the Africa Day celebrations Gala Dinner for the 4th African Union Pan-African Cultural Congress (PACC4) on Monday, 25 May 2015 at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg at 18h00.
The Chairperson of the African Union, Dr Nkosazana – Dlamini Zuma will deliver a keynote address.
The African Union Pan-African Congress takes place at the Sandton Convention Centre from 25 to 27 May 2015.
As part of celebrating Africa Month, the 4th annual Pan-African Cultural Congress brings together the most influential leaders and decision makers in the continent to discuss Africa development, challenges affecting the continent and share good practices on cultural diversity to enhance development.
