Minister Pandor to interact with Khayamandi Community on Gender-Based Violence
The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr Naledi Pandor, will be a guest speaker at an event organised to deal with the scourge of Gender-Based Violence at Kaya Mnandi Township, in Stellenbosch on Saturday, 20 August 2022.
The event will be held under the theme: “Taking Action against Gender-Based Violence in our Society”.
Scores of people, including local government councillors, government officials and school children from across the 23 wards of Stellenbosch are expected to attend the event.
The event forms part of the Women’s Month activities organised by the Constituency Office of Minister Naledi Pandor, which is based in Kaya Mnandi Township, Stellenbosch.
The Embassy of the State of Qatar, led by His Excellency Ambassador Tariq Ali Faraj Al-Ansari, has pledged to make donations to the community at the event.
