Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi conducts Northern Cape oversight visit for accelarated service delivery, 18 Aug

Human Settlements Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi will undertake an oversight visit in the Northern Cape Province to assess progress on government interventions to rapidly deliver sustainable human settlements and ensure that all set targets for the current financial year are achieved.

Two weeks ago, Minister Kubayi visited the Free State Province with the same objectives. This resulted in her pronouncements that action was to be taken against underperforming contractors, in a quest to accelerate service delivery.

From 19 to 20 August Kubayi will convene the Human Settlements Women Indaba aimed at increasing women participation in human settlements value chain also in Kimberly.
