Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Mr Michael Masutha, will deliver an annual budget policy statement before the National Assembly on 15 July 2014, outlining successes and priorities of the department for the 2014/15 financial year.
The delivery of the budget vote speech will be preceded by a media briefing during which the Minister will highlight key areas of focus for the 2014/15 financial year. This will present an opportunity for the department to reflect on progress made on the undertakings made in the past and to map a way forward on future commitments.
