Minister Mapisa-Nqakula represents President Cyril Ramaphosa at the closing down ceremony and medals parade of the SADC preventive mission in the Kingdom of Lesotho (SAPMIL)
Dr Stergomena Lawrence Tax, SADC Executive Secretary invited President Cyril Ramaphosa, in his capacity as SADC Facilitator in the Kingdom of Lesotho to attend a Closing Down Ceremony and Medals Parade of the SADC Preventive Mission to the Kingdom of Lesotho (SAPMIL).
However, due to prior commitments, President Ramaphosa will be unable to attend and has asked Minister Mapisa-Nqakula to represent him at this auspicious event.
The parade is scheduled to take place at Setsoto Stadium in Maseru on the 20th of November 2018.
