The Minister of Home Affairs, Malusi Gigaba, will visit East London on Wednesday to interact with members of the community as part of government’s programme to interface with society at grassroots level.
As part of the visit, Minister Gigaba will unveil the newly-refurbished Home Affairs office in East London and visit the Frere Hospital to hand over Unabridged Birth Certificates to parents of newly-born babies.
Rounding off the visit, the Minister will interact with members of the community at the Parkside Hall to allow them a platform to raise issues of concern related to services rendered by the Department of Home Affairs.
