The Minister of Small Business Development, Ms Lindiwe Zulu, will join the Premier of Free State, Mr ES Magashule tomorrow (18 July 2014) at Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein to mark Mandela Day.
The following is an extract from the statement issued by the Free State Provincial Government: "This a direct response to the service delivery challenges that have engulfed the Free State Provincial Department of Health, the Provincial Executive Council has resolved to focus all energies of the Provincial Government to improving the conditions of our Hospitals and Clinics. The Premier of the Free State, Mr. ES Magashule will host the Minister of Small Business Development, Ms. Lindiwe Zulu in a Cleaning Campaign at the Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein on Friday, 18 July 2014 at 09h00.
The Premier and Members of the Executive Council have recently adopted various hospitals across the province as part of the integrated efforts to ensure that the state of health in the province is improved. The provincial government is embarking on this cleaning campaign in partnership with the SABC and Lesedi FM. About 30 radio presenters of Lesedi FM and media personalities will descend on Pelonomi Hospital to join the political leadership in the cleaning campaign".
