The Minister of Small Business Development, Ms Lindiwe Zulu, will on Monday, 21 July 2014, address the media during a pre-budget vote briefing. The aim of the briefing is to provide the media with the context and background to the key announcements that the Minister will make in her Budget Speech which will be delivered the following day.
