Minister of Human Settlements Lindiwe Sisulu (MP) will on Monday, 12 October 2015 host a plenary session to discuss the implementation of Medium Term- Strategic Framework (MTSF) delivery protocols with The Banking Association of South Africa (BASA).
The meeting will consider proposal on how BASA can contribute to the delivery of 1.5 Million housing opportunities by 2019. The discussion will also cover how to fast track the development and financing of affordable and gap housing in South Africa.
The plenary session will be attended by among others; the Deputy Minister of Human Settlements Zou Kota- Fredericks, Managing Director of BASA, Cas Coovadia, Credit Regulations Institutions, conveyancers, the CEO’s of major banks and lending institutions.
