Minister Mkhize to engage students on free higher education policy in the Western Cape province
The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Professor Hlengiwe Mkhize, MP, will today hold a consultation session with students and the Student Representative Council (SRCs) as well as the institutions multi-party students’ formations on fee free higher education policy, under the theme Fee Free Higher Education For The Poor – What does it mean?.
The session forms part of the Department’s ongoing stakeholder engagements on the implementation of the fee free higher education policy for the poor and working class students as announced in December last year.
