Minister in The Presidency for Performance Monitoring and Evaluation, Collins Chabane will on Thursday, 5 September delivery the closing address at the 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.
The conference, which was held under the theme "Effective Solutions to Commonwealth Developmental Challenges”, will come to an end today. The conference has been in session from the 30th of August, was attended by parliamentarians from Commonwealth member states.
