The Progressive Youth Alliance (PYA) at the Mangosuthu University of Technology will, on 10 May 2018, March in protest against the bail application lodged by Mr Thabani Mzolo.
The March is also intended to highlight the high rates of Gender-Based Violence in the country.
Mzolo is accused of murdering his 21-year-old girlfriend Zolile Khumalo at the Lonsdale Residence of the Mangosuthu University of Technology at the Durban City Centre on 1 May 2018.
The Minister in the Presidency Responsible for Women, Ms Bathabile Dlamini, will join the March scheduled for 9h00 from the Killarney Residence on Point Road to the Durban Magistrates Court.
