Transport Minister and Transnet leadership to officiate the signing of key terminal agreement to advance LNG development in South Africa.
Members of the media are invited to join the Minister of Transport, Ms Barbara Creecy and the Transnet leadership at the signing of a Terminal Operator agreement for the development of an onshore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) regasification facility at the Port of Ngqura.
This groundbreaking project represents a crucial step towards South Africa’s decarbonisation efforts by enabling energy transition required for a more sustainable future.
