Following the successful launch of the 'Kha Ri Gude' Roadshow in Atteridgeville, the Minister of Basic Education, Angie Motshekga, will, on Tuesday 21 October 2014, take this flagship project to Malamulele Stadium in Giyani, Limpopo.
'Kha Ri Gude' is a Venda word meaning 'let us learn', which is apt considering the program empowers adult learners to read, write and calculate in their mother tongue in line with the Unit Standards for ABET level 1 while also allowing them to learn spoken English, significantly improving their quality of life.
