Western Cape Minister of Social Development, Albert Fritz will address the Chrysalis Academy and Department of Social Development Youth Day festival.
The event will showcase the talent of young people living in the province, and celebrate the department’s achievements in youth development.
There will be an opportunity for photographs and interviews.
