Minister Alan Winde will today, 23 July 2013 take his Red Tape Reduction Listening Tour to the Western Cape Government’s Walk-In Centre and a local business who secured a lucrative contract after red tape blockages were removed.
The Walk-In Centre opened six months ago and has since streamlined several processes, including tender applications, for small businesses in the Western Cape.
Minister Winde will visit also 7 Sea Geosciences, a small business which secured a R12 million deal with Transnet after an intervention by the Red Tape Reduction Unit.
