The Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon Supra Mahumapelo together with the Premier of North West province, Mme Thandi Modise invites the general public, civil servants and community structures for a memorial service to honour the South Africa National Defence Force members, late Mr Karabo Edwin Matsheka from Mafikeng and Mr Vusumzi Joseph Ngaleka in Rustenburg who were killed in the Central African Republic in a clash with Seleka rebel forces.
The memorial service is arranged as follows:
