Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison will hold a memorial service in honour of the late Israel Ndlovu who was swept by the tidal waves of the river Inkomazi on 19 January 2013. After a lengthy search his body was discovered on 25 January 2013.
Ndlovu was a Traffic Officer in the department at the time of his death. He was attached to Tonga Cost Centre. He will be laid to rest this coming Saturday at Mzinti in Nkomazi Municipality.
