The National Commissioner, General Riah Phiyega, will lead a crime awareness campaign on ritual murders, witchcraft and mob justice at Thomo village, Giyani.
During the event, the National Commissioner will be joined by the MEC for Transport, Safety and Security M Mokaba-Phukwana and the Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Fannie Masemola in unveiling the tombstone of 52 year old, Catherina Nkovani–Chauke , who was stoned and set alight after being accused of witchcraft.
