Two provincial MECs to address the Public Private Health Forum on growth opportunities in the health economy
MECs Theuns Botha and Alan Winde will address the last meeting of the Forum for this term. It is expected to be attended by approximately 400 stakeholders from the health sector.
In his address MEC Botha will talk about the highlights of the Forum’s growth since 2009. MEC Winde will outline the economic value of the industry and provide updates on the Cape Health Technology Park.
Another highlight is the announcement of the company that has been awarded the tender to manage and maintain the Western Cape’s mobile school health services. It is a ten-year contract.
