MEC Tlhape set to engage with employees with disabilities
In an endeavour to fully elevate norms and standards that guide processes which are intended to improve the working conditions of persons with disability, the North West MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Manketsi Tlhape will host a round table discussion for employees with disabilities in her department.
Under the theme ‘‘Breaking barriers, open doors for an inclusive public service’’, this engagement also seeks to achieve a solidified platform for inter-programme engagements on disability issues and pave a road map towards the attainment of departmental equity targets and also creating an enabling environment for people with disabilities.
