Provincial Minister of Infrastructure to visit Saldanha project site and handover title deeds in Citrusdal
On Thursday, 13 April 2023, the Provincial MEC of Infrastructure Tertuis Simmers, will conduct an oversight visit at the Saldanha Primary construction site. This will be followed with a ceremonial title deed handover in Citrusdal, at the Oranjeville Sportsground.
MEC Simmers will join the Executive Mayor of Cederberg Municipality Dr. Ruben Richards and hand over 152 title deeds. Speaking ahead of his visit to the West Coast region MEC Simmers said; “with the oversight visit to the Saldanha Primary School, we seek to evaluate construction progress. Tomorrow’s outreach seeks to forge a bridge of hope between two generations. A celebration of security of tenure for one generation and the building of a new school for our future generations.”
