On Friday, 24 November, provincial Minister of Infrastructure Tertuis Simmers will hand over title deeds in Elands Bay. The Minister will be joined by the Executive Mayor of Cederberg Ruben Richards.
The two principals will hand over 39 title deeds at the Elands Bay Community Hall and visit the homes of 4 elderly beneficiaries.
Speaking ahead of the event Minister Simmers said, “This event will also be commemorating 40 years of the Elands Bay housing project. I look forward to being part of the celebrations as many of our beneficiaries have waited a long time for this day.”
