Mpumalanga MEC for Education Mrs Reginah Mhaule to visit Khaliphani Secondary School
The MEC for Education Mrs Reginah Mhaule will visit Khaliphani Secondary School on 16 January 2014, 7h00 at KaNyamazane. The MEC, during her support visit to the school in 2010 made a commitment to return to the school should it improve on its Grade 12 pass rate.
The school improved its grade 12 pass rate by 39.4% from 51.9% in 2011 to 91.3% in 2013. The MEC is visiting the school to congratulate the learners on their remarkable achievement and to also extend her profound words of gratitude to the educators for their hard work and dedication.
She will during her visit also donate school shoes to needy learners at Khaliphani Secondary School.
“This achievement by the school is indeed testimony that teamwork, determination and commitment yield positive results” said the MEC, Mrs Reginah Mhaule.
