MEC Maloyi intensifies support to municipalities with 100 graduates
Mahikeng: MEC for Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements & Traditional Affairs Nono Maloyi, will officially hand over 100 graduates from the North West University for deployment in municipalities. This partnered initiative aims to strengthen operations, improve performance and to assist with the challenge of capacity in municipalities across the province.
The deployment was announced by the MEC Maloyi during the 2023 Budget Speech, and the graduates will be deployed from disciplines such as Engineering, Town Planning, Financial / Accounting, Information Technology, Environmental Management and Public Administration. The project will commence on the 01st of July 2023 and will run for a period of three years.
