The Gauteng MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation Ms Molebatsi Bopape will later today, Thursday 21 May, visit several areas in Refilwe Township in Cullinan, Tshwane before a community iMbizo later in the afternoon.
She will visit the local clinic, sports facility/stadium, prison and the local human settlement project at the hostel.
The move is part of Gauteng government’s effort to account by taking government to the people and at the same time to mark one year in office for the current administration following the May 2014 general elections.
The first of the five year term saw the laying of a solid foundation to take the province to new heights with plans to Transform Modernise and Re-industrialise it into a world City Region.
