MEC Mapula Mokaba-Phukwana at Transport Carnival for Launch of Limpopo October Transport Month
The MEC of Transport in Limpopo, Ms Mapula Mokaba-Phukwana will officially launch the Limpopo Chapter of the October Transport Month (OTM) campaign on 08 October 2015 at Mogalakwena Local Municipality.
We are at it again as the town of Mokopane grind to a halt during a Multimodal Transport Carnival from the Library at Mogalakwena Municipality proceeding to Mahwelereng Stadium. The MEC will outline the month long activity and the significance of October Transport Month theme.
“We will use the Launch to Parade our sixty (60) newly bought high powered provincial traffic vehicles which will increase our visibility on our main road.” Mokaba-Phukwana Said.
The MEC will be joined by Municipal Mayors, Senior Managers, General Managers as well as various other members of the Transport sector and the media.
The Department’s OTM Campaign will be celebrated under the theme “Together We Move South Africa Forward”.
