North West MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Manketsi Tlhape is to address a community meeting today, 17 April 2014 in Khunotswana sports ground at 13h00.
MEC Tlhape’s meeting will address service delivery challenges that the community raised in a memorandum and they include amongst others, poor internal roads and insufficient water supply. Last week, the community staged a violent protest and burnt traditional council offices and a house belonging to a ward councillor.
