Safer Roads Ahead: The Western Cape Government to unveil Digital Learners Licence Testing
The Western Cape Government will officially launch the new Computerised Learner’s Licence Testing (CLLT) system in Beaufort West, replacing the manual booklet testing method. The demonstration of the new system will be followed by the unveiling of a newly equipped Vehicle Testing Station (VTS).
