On Thursday, 11 December 2012, Western Cape Minister of Transport and Public Works, Donald Grant, will launch the Integrated Provincial Traffic Operational Plan for the Festive Season 2014/15.
An overview of the operational plan will be provided by Mr Kenny Africa, Western Cape Chief of Provincial Traffic Services.
