Tomorrow, 16 July 2015, Western Cape MEC of Community Safety, Dan Plato, will host a safety march as well as education and work opportunities outreach in Sir Lowry’s Pass Village, Somerset West.
The safety outreach takes a new approach to engaging with the youth through an informative and interactive hub of activities which includes exhibition on study opportunities, motivational speakers and entertainment.
A special life skills presentation will kick off the full day programme while presentations and exhibitions on display by partners in safety will include:
- Chysalis Academy;
- Northlink FET College;
- Department of Correctional Services;
- Department of Agriculture;
- Wellness Clinics and partners in sexual health; as well as
- Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport.
