Tomorrow, 1 September 2015, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato, will host a youth safety outreach on further educational and training opportunities in Imizamo Yethu, Hout Bay.
The safety outreach will engage the youth through an informative and interactive hub of activities which includes exhibition on study opportunities, motivational speakers and entertainment.
The Department of Community Safety will present and display the various opportunities available to youth in partnership with various partners in safety, including:
- Chysalis Academy;
- Northlink FET College;
- Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport;
- Department of Social Development;
- Teen Entrepreneur; as well as
- Partners in sexual health.
