Western Cape MEC of Community Safety, Dan Plato will hand over service excellence awards to Green Point City Improvement District (CID) employees and then join them on a walkabout through the Green Point area.
City Improvement Districts are a vital player in the field of increasing safety for all people in the city, with 24 CIDs operational throughout Cape Town. In these structures hundreds of people work to improve our areas and address the root causes of crime in a sustainable manner.
