TB awareness walk
The MEC for health, Dr Benny Malakoane cordially invites you to participate during the TB awareness walk in commemoration of World TB Day.
Details are as follows:
Date: 19 March 2014
Time: 09h00 to 11h00
Route: From Bophelo House, Charlotte Maxeke into President Brand, into St. Andrew Street into Hanger Street back to Bophelo House.
Under the theme: ‘Reach the three million. A TB test, treatment and cure for all’ activities of the World TB Day are focused to address the impact of TB and HIV in the community and also to intensify awareness on issues of prevention, infection control and measures and the importance of treatment adherence.
NB: Participants are welcome to display banners with their company brands and logos with TB messages.
