MEC Fritz to meet with Cape Winelands Safety Stakeholders
Tomorrow, the MEC of Community Safety, Albert Fritz, will be hosting a workshop on the Provincial Needs and Priorities (PNP) and Safety Plan of the Cape Winelands District municipality. This workshop will discuss:
- Improving safety through effective oversight of policing;
- Making safety everyone’s responsibility; and
- Optimising safety and security risk management.
Ultimately, this workshop will inform the budget allocated to provincial government in terms of community safety’s reported needs.
