Western Cape Social Development Minister, Adv. Albert Fritz, will address the third Youth Skills Transfer Programme (YSTP) graduation ceremony of 66 youth participants from Beaufort West and Ladismith.
The YSTP is an initiative of the Department of Social Development (DSD) in partnership with the Community Chest and Cape Nature, and has already seen the first two groups of 117 youth from the West Coast and Mossel Bay regions graduate.
The YSTP offers a customized package of skills development workshops for youth who are not educated, employed, skilled or trained, and is set to benefit 390 young people.
There will be opportunities for interviews and photographs.
