Minister Winde to deliver ‘Vision in Action’ Budget Speech
This Wednesday, 5 March 2014 Western Cape MEC of Finance, Alan Winde, will table the province’s 2014 Budget.
The budget will highlight the Western Cape Government’s spending priorities for the next three years.
MEC Winde is expected to deliver a budget aimed at improving the economy, education and healthcare outcomes, as well as reducing unemployment and social ills.
A special session has been arranged at which the media will be able to preview the budget documents prior to the press conference. This will be followed by a press conference with MEC Winde, and later, the delivery of the Speech in the Provincial Parliament.
