Province-wide business support programme to reach 1 000 entrepreneurs
The Western Cape Government, in partnership with the University of the Western Cape and Absa, will launch a province-wide business support programme which seeks to reach 1 000 entrepreneurs.
Alan Winde, Minister of Economic Opportunities, will attend the official launch of the initiative on Friday (28 August 2015) at the University of the Western Cape.
It is being driven by the Provincial Department of Economic Development and Tourism, Absa and UWC’s Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
The initiative is one of the province’s biggest entrepreneurship support interventions yet.
