Limpopo Provincial Government celebrates International Day for Disabled Persons

Limpopo Provincial Government will celebrate International Day for Disabled Persons on the 3rd December 2018 at Bosele School for the Blind in Monsterlus within the Elias Motsoaledi, Sekhukhune District Municipality. The day will be held under theme: “A Disability-Inclusive South Africa by 2030. Be the Legacy”.

Disability day forms part of the Disability Rights Awareness Month (DRAM) which is annually observed from the 3rd November to 3rd December. The 3rd December is celebrated as International Day of Persons with Disabilities and is also commemorated as National Disability Rights Awareness Day.

Premier Chupu Stanley Mathabatha will deliver a keynote address accompanied by the MEC for Social Development, Mme Mapula Mokaba-Phukwana and other MECs, Sekhukhune District Executive Mayor Cllr Stan Ramaila and Elias Motsoaledi Mayor Cllr Julia Mathebe.
