The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJ&CD) and the Foundation for Human Rights (FHR) in partnership with the European Union (EU) will launch the Socio-Economic Justice programme tomorrow as follows:

This new Socio-Economic Justice for All (SEJA) Programme has a focus on the rights set out in the Bill of Rights, with a focus on Socio-Economic Rights.
Amarightza is the popular name for this exciting new Socio-Economic Justice for all Programmes. Amarightza seeks to make sure that citizens know their rights, how to access them and where to go when their rights are violated. It targets the marginalised and vulnerable groups.
The new Programme draws on the NDP-VISION -2030 goals which include: Promoting a Constitutional Democracy built on the values of human dignity, equality and fundamental freedoms.
Wednesday's launch will unveil the ways in which government intends to realise its mandate as outlined in section 7.2 of the Constitution.
A number of high-level speakers will also be available for media interviews from 13h20 on Wednesday, 10 December 2014.
