Invitation to participate in public hearings on the Marine Living Resources Amendment Bill 2013 during the month of May 2013

The Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries would like to invite all fisheries stakeholders, interested parties and members of the public to public hearings on the Bill during the month of May 2013, following the publication of the Marine Living Resources Amendment Bill 2013 in the Government Gazette (General Notice No. 434 of 2013, Government Gazette No. 36413, and Vol. 574) on 25 April 2013.

The public hearings will take place during the dates, times, and venues specified in the table below. 

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the Bill on or before 24 May 2013 as amended by Government Gazette No. 36459 of 13 May 2013.
